How It Works

Share Your Event Details
Fill out our Request a Quote form with your event date, location, guest count, and the rentals you need. The more detail you share, the better we can help.

Approve & Reserve Your Rentals
We’ll put together a custom quote based on your needs and reach out to confirm availability. Once confirmed, a signed rental agreement and 50% non-refundable deposit are required. Items are not reserved until both are received.

Receive Your Rentals
Depending on the services you select, we offer delivery, setup, breakdown, and pickup. The remaining balance is due upon delivery before equipment is released for use, unless otherwise approved in writing.
